Lesson 2

BUT BEFORE ALL THIS, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS “YAKIN” THAT IS BELEIVING.

BELEIVING IN OUR RASULULLAH MUHAMMAD (SAL LAL LA HU ALAI HE WA SAL LAM),

HIS FAMILY,

HIS SAHABAS (COMPANIONS),

AND HIS AULIYAS & WALIS (FRIENDS)

GIVING DUE RESPECT.

When ever Rasulullah, the other Nabis, the Malai’ikas, his Family, his Companions and his Friends(the Auliyas) are mentioned by names, we should show our respects in the following manners that is saying as follows:

1] Muhammad or Rasulullah – “SALLALLAHUALAIHEWASALLAM” or “ALLAHUMMAH SALLIALAA SEYIDINA MUHAMMADIN WAALAAA’LI SEYIDINA MUHAMMADIN WA BARIK WASALLIMALAIHE” furthermore we should see our two thumb nails say as above and then blow on the nails, rub our eyes and then kiss them.

2] The other Nabis – “ALAIHISSALAM”

3] The Malai’ikas - “ALAIHISSALAM”

4] His Family, his Companions and his Friends :-

male – “RALIYALLAHUANHU”

female – “RALIYALLAHUANHA”

This is the exercise of perfecting our inner being into a bright and shinning identity, which would in turn bring out the best of our conduct towards humanity as an individual and as a whole.

Allah says,

“In your Rasul is a best exemplar for you to follow.”

Rasulullah (SAW) has said through a hadith,

“ I was send to perfect your conducts.”
